4. To receive Reports on matters pertaining to Thirsk from:
a) County Council

6. To consider the Clerk’s Report on matters arising from the meeting held on 20th October 2008 and to raise any other matters arising

c) To discuss and decide upon whether to amalgamate the two Business Tracker bank accounts
